About Us-Found in Kenya and East Africa

All in One Software (EA) Limited opened its doors in Kenya, East Africa in November 2014. We are a software development company based at Signature Mall, 3rd floor, along Mombasa Road, Nairobi Metropolitan, Kenya. We have specialized in development of Web and Mobile Software solutions which include, but not limited to Time Attendance, Access Control, Self Service, Project Management, Personnel Planning among others. We provide both hardware and software solutions to small, medium, and large sized companies as well as technical support to our clients. All in One Software is affiliated with Krutec SoftCon GmbH, headquartered in Bremen, Germany. Krutec SoftCon GmbH was founded in Germany in 1995 and after much success in providing Time Attendance and Access Control solutions in Europe (with over 25,000 installations), it extended its operations into East Africa. The founders and staff come from a diverse range of expertise ranging from long accomplished business executives to expert developers and technicians. We also are exclusive distributors of ZKTeco and Datafox Products.

Hardware products

In addition to developing software, All in One Software (EA) Ltd also offers the associated hardware. These include, but not limited to, Biometric Terminals, Barriers, Turnstiles and Cameras used in Time Attendance and Access Control systems as well as surveillance. Since 2009, deliveries of hardware have mainly been made directly from ZK Teco Europe, based in Madrid, Spain. The company procures its hardware from the far East, but the hardware is designed for the European market. Furthermore, other hardware products are obtained from well-known suppliers such as Assa Abloy and Datafox from Germany.

History

Over 10 years’ experience in software development

Electronics technician and businessman Thomas Kruse founded Krutec SoftCon GmbH, a software company with focus on Time Attendance and Access Control software in the initial phase of the electronics change in 1995. In conjunction with his daughter, Insa Kruse, the newly founded company, based in 28844 Weyhe, Bremen, Germany, was a software house with core solutions in Time Attendance, Access Control systems, as well as Project Management and other applications. This culminated in 2014 to All in One Software (EA) Limited. As managing director, Mr. Thomas Kruse supports and runs the activities of All in One Software (EA) Ltd as well as Krutec SoftCon GmbH to this day.

Our innovation

Continues development of our software

Web-based software applications: This means that all software modules can now be accessed and used in every common browser. Installation is done once internally on IIS server from Microsoft, found on Microsoft Windows Operating System or externally in the cloud. Installation is no longer required on individual workstations. All that is required for web-based software is a common web browser. This is the optimal solution for any company with multiple locations. It works independently of the system and the software runs on a Windows, Linux or Apple-based system. Clock in / out can be done remotely using a Mobile App, Web Terminal or using a physical Terminals. High security standards with daily data backup are observed in the German data center from where our cloud is hosted. Data access is permanently secured. The advantage: no software must be installed in the company.
